            New releases in August include mystery titles Shamed, the 11th book in the Kate Burkholder series by Linda Castillo; Magic for Liars, by Sarah Gailey; One Good Deed, by David Baldacci; Paranoid, by Lisa Jackson; Heart of Barkness, the ninth book in the Chet and Bernie series, by Spencer Quinn; Something In The Water, by Catherine Steadman; and the historical mystery A Lady’s Guide to Gossip and Murder, by Dianne Freeman. General fiction titles available in August are The Strawberry Thief, by Joanne Harris; and Lost and Found, by Danielle Steel. The Historical novels available in August are, The Tubman Command, by Elizabeth Cobbs; The Burning Chambers, by Kate Mosse; The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek, by Kim Michele Richardson; and The Flight Girls, by Noelle Salazar. The Romance novels available in August are Window on the Bay, by Debbie Macomber; Unleashed, by Diana Palmer; Surfside Sisters, by Nancy Thayer; and the Historical Romances Temptation’s Darling, by Johanna Lindsey; and The Golden Hour, by Beatriz Williams, and the Romantic Suspense novel Under Currents, by Nora Roberts. The Fantasy novel available this month is Sophia Princess Among Beasts, by James Patterson. The Large Print book available in August is A Sinister Splendor, by Mike Blakely.
